Gossip Girl stars spotted holding hands and kissing while at Chicago's Lollapalooza

Did work bring Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick back together?

The Gossip Girl couple split back in April, admist rumors that Jessica had cheated on Ed. The cast supposedly sided with him post-split and Jessica wasn't invited to costar Chace Crawford's birthday party. Burn!

But in July, they had to report back for duty on the Gossip set in NYC and things must have thawed between them since then.

Just this weekend, Ed and Jess were spotted all over Chicago for Lollapalooza "definitely acting like a couple"...

A source tells E! News the reunited pair shared a VIP suite together at the Hard Rock Hotel Friday. "They checked in together," the source says.

While hanging at the Cabo Wabo tequila lounge, they even engaged in some PDA. Blame it on the alcohol!

"They were taking shots," the source says. "They're definitely a couple. They were kissing and holding hands."

Maybe they sobered up after checking out The Strokes concert, as the twosome was much more discreet an after party for The Black Keys with Toms shoes at Crimson Lounge in the Sax Hotel.

"They went straight to the VIP area and asked for no photos to be taken. They held court at the very back of the room so no one could see them," the source tells us.

"They didn't show much affection towards each other," another onlooker says.

Wonder if they're trying to keep their reconciliation under wraps and the gossip to a minimum? Sorry, guys. Gotcha!
