Jennifer Lopez's Busy Pre-Super Bowl Saturday

J. Lo will be one busy woman when Saturday night rolls around in South Beach.

Not only is the hot mama scheduled to attend Michael Bay's Giving Back soiree at his Miami mansion that night, but she's performing later at the Axe Lounge at LIV at midnight!

And those aren't the only parties planned for Saturday...

Kendra Wilkinson and Kellan Lutz are slated to attend Maxim's annual bash at the Raleigh, while the Black Eyed Peas will celebrate after their concert at the Sagamore for Playboy's Super Saturday Night party.

So many soirees, so little time! Here's a breakdown of other bashes:

• Nick Lachey hosts the Super Skins Charity Kick-Off Party at Hotel 944, with Snoop Dogg on stage at the Eden Roc Hotel.
• Pepsi's Fan Jam concert, where Rihanna and Justin Bieber will perform.
• Venus Williams will host a launch party for Tide and Febreze Freshness Sport. The tennis great will be joined by Pete Wentz on the turntables, Kellan Lutz and Katie Cassidy poolside at the W hotel. Hope Kellan's shirtless!
• Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison and Roselyn Sanchez host the annual Leather and Laces bash at the Paris Theater on the same night E!'s Kendra Wilkinson throws a party at Passion Nightclub in the Hard Rock Hotel.
• Audi is hosting a posh penthouse cocktail party at the W, where Hilary Swank, Rob Lowe and Jessica Alba will sip in style.
• Rihanna hosts the Pepsi Refresh Project launch party with Benji and Joel Madden at the Fontainebleau, where her new man, Matt Kemp, is also expected that night for ESPN's Next party.
• The Saints and Colts won't be the only people taking the field...Taylor Lautner, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick are playing in DirecTV's fourth annual Celebrity Beach Bowl alongside J. Lo!
• And finally, after the big game Sunday, Diddy hosts an afterparty at the Axe Lounge at LIV, where Erin Andrews is expected.
