"He already opened up his present from me," says Khloé. "It was a solid gold Breitling watch. He is a watch collector, so he was beyond happy."
Though she didn't say which model, the luxury watches range from $2,000 to more than $100,000 online.
And while she's giving him gifts on his big day, she's also taking something from him, too...

Khloé has officially changed her middle name to Kardashian, making way for her new moniker, Odom.
"There is no hyphen," says Khloé. "It's just Khloé Kardashian Odom."
She also tells E! News that she has more celebrating planned for Lamar after his game against the Memphis Grizzlies, but she's keeping those plans under wraps.
"I will be at his game later cheering him on," says Khloé. "I can't give details about tonight. It's a surprise."
Khloé's big sis Kim also shared her well wishes via Twitter: "Another very Happy Birthday to Lamar! @RealLamarOdom Have the best bday ever!!!!"
Sounds like he's already off to a pretty good start.
