Don't stand too close to this reality star...she's got spikes on her heels!
This celeb stepped out at the Hollywood Style Awards Sunday to present an award to a former flame.
But it wasn't the ex-boyfriend who had this stylish star feeling prickly. Although she has her own clothing line, she said her stylist came up with the idea of adding pointy metal studs to her pumps.

It's Lauren Conrad, who arrived at the awards in a Volkswagen Touareg TDI Clean Diesel SUV.
In the car ride over, she confessed that her shoes were killing her.
But the reality star managed to rock them all night long while presenting a Young Hollywood Stylemaker award to Brody Jenner and later during dinner with him at STK.
