They may have played BFFs Summer and Marissa on The O.C., but in real life, Rachel Bilson doesn't keep up with Mischa Barton.
Rach was walking down Sunset Boulevard after leaving Chateau Marmont when paps asked if she's talked to Mischa, who was recently hospitalized for a mystery "medical issue" and placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.
"I haven't spoken to her," Rachel replied to the paps' queries.
So what's the latest from those who are staying in touch with Mischa?
According to her rep, the actress is "improving and still under care, with the intentions of being able to resume production on The Beautiful Life next week."
Who would have thought that Marissa Cooper's little sidekick would have a much better career and love life than the queen bee of the O.C. herself?
