Miley Cyrus is a giver.

In addition to getting her nose pierced and going jet-skiing with Nick Jonas and her costars while filming The Last Song, Miley's keeping her performance skills up to par with an impromptu concert for Georgia locals.

Miley was having dinner with a girlfriend at StingRay's restaurant on Tybee Island Monday night and first tried going incognito in a hoodie.

She soon ditched the sweatshirt due to sweltering temps and was quickly recognized by patrons.

After Miley and her friend finished dining, the table next to them paid their tab while she watched the live entertainment outside. But she didn't just watch for long...

"We have entertainment on the patio every night and we had Jason Courtney playing," restaurant owner Ray Rogers tells E! News. "And she turned to her girlfriend and was like, 'I’d really like to sing,' and her girlfriend grabbed her arm and brought her up to that stage."

She broke into song for the stunned crowd. First, she sang "It's Your Love" by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill before performing a brand-new song that she just wrote.

"It was the first time she ever performed this song and she had the words on her cell phone and had to keep looking on the phone to remember the words," Rogers tells E!.

The excited audience wanted more, but Miley made her exit after two songs.

She walked to the car with her friend, but not before stopping to graciously sign autographs for excited fans.
