Jennifer Morrison Talks About Her Exit from House and If She'll Be Back...
Fans who tuned in to tonight's episode of House saw Jennifer Morrison's Allison Cameron walk out on both her man (Jesse Spencer's Robert Chase) and her job at Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital. So Cameron's gone now, and gone for good, right? Well...maybe.
Confusion continues to reign about the future of Cameron on House, and when we caught up with Jennifer Morrison tonight at the Star Trek DVD/Blu-ray premiere party, we got the feeling that Morrison herself was pretty unclear on whether or not she'd be back.
She's got her head held high, though, and here's what she actually said tonight on the red carpet at the beautiful Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles:
Late News: Jen Morrison Confirms Her House Exit
• House: Poor Jennifer Morrison has publicly confirmed that her time as Dr. Allison Cameron on House is done. Jen's admission came in an interview on The Bonnie Hunt Show that's scheduled to air Wednesday. Bonnie asked, "You're done with House?" and Jen replied: "I am, as far as I know, yes." (Press play on the video above to see for yourself, and/or use this thingamabobber to find out when The Bonnie Hunt Show is on in your area if you want to watch the interview in its entirety.) But riddle us this, TV fans, if Jen thinks she's done, why do the show's producers keeping talking about bringing her back for guest spots? Are they just leading us on?
• Gossip Girl: We dare you to not tap your feet to the CW's new Gaga-on-Gossip-Girl promo.
• My Life on the D-List: Bravo has picked up season six of Kathy Griffin's brilliant, multi-Emmy-winning reality series, My Life on the D-List. The divine Ms. Griffin is also slated to appear on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit later this season.
• Chuck: Terminator 2 star Robert Patrick (renowned badass of screens large and small) will guest on Chuck later this season as a mysterious figure from John Casey's (Adam Baldwin) past. (Mmm...any chance he's going to play Casey's dad?)
Have you come to terms with Jennifer Morrison's exit from House, or are you still mourning the loss of an original castmember?

Does Oliva Wilde Get Paid for Houses She Ain't In?
Saw the House premiere in which Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard are the only regulars who appear. Do the other castmembers get paid for episodes they aren't in?
—EK, Los Angeles, via the Answer B!tch inbox
Well, that depends on a few factors, including how big the show is, how famous the stars are, how famous the stars think they are, and the exact ball-size ratio of the show's producers vs. the stars' agents.
If that ratio favors the producers, then actors may not get paid for certain episodes in which they don't appear. In fact, the producers may try humiliating little tricks on the actors, too—tricks viewers can spot if they know where to look...

Find Out Why Jennifer Morrison's Character Is Leaving House
According to our favorite frenemy, Jennifer Morrison's run as Dr. Allison Cameron on House will end midseason, and her exit was a creative decision on the part of the producers. (Meaning Morrison didn't quit; she was written out.)
