Before her tour bus's tragic crash, it was a Party in the USA for Miley Cyrus' 17th birthday.

More like party in the Big Apple, actually.

The teen queen (who's actual birthday is today), was surprised by her mom with an '80s rocker themed bash at the Canal Room last Wednesday, with about 200 friends, her tour crew and dancers attending. 

Big brother Trace and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were also on hand for the throwback fete, featuring performances from the Rock of Ages cast and a special cake designed by TLC's Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro.

Liam and Miles couldn't hide their affection during the bash...

After being spotted at the Chateau Marmont Friday night, where he gave an impromptu acoustic peformance, her rep insisted they were having dinner separately with friends.

Matchmaker Steven Ward from VH1's Tough Love thinks George would be good for Jennifer Aniston to date.

Yesterday was a busy day for country singer-turned-homewrecker LeAnn Rimes!

After months of "coincidental" run-ins and denials of an affair with her married Northern Lights costar, Eddie Cibrian, it seems the couple are undercover lovers no more.

Life's a beach for newly single Jon Gosselin and his 22-year-old girlfriend, Hailey Glassman.

The TLC reality star, er, designer is enjoying a three-day trip to St.-Tropez, courtesy of Christian Audigier.

Jon, Hailey and Christian had lunch together on Saturday, where Jon doted on his new gal-pal.  

"Jon was attentive with Hailey, pouring her drinks of water, as it was well over 100 degrees, but was listening intently to Christian," says a restaurant staffer. "They were holding hands...it was sweet."

But he left a jet-lagged Hailey later that night to go party...

Just last week, Sienna Miller was on the cover of Vogue waxing about her past mistakes.

"It's pretty bad," she confessed of her reputation. "On the whole, you know, I've made some bad choices and done some stupid things."

So isn't it interesting that just this past Sunday (which also happened to be Father's Day), Sienna was spotting frolicking topless and smooching Balthazar Getty again in Italy?

She made headlines for doing the same thing last year when the father of four was still married to Rosetta Getty.

The two supposedly split in late 2008, but by the looks of last weekend, they're back on.

Balthazar's mother was also on hand for their weekend vacation in Positano, where they boating and swimming together.

No word on how his kids spent the day.

That was fast! The same day Paris Hilton's split with Doug Reinhardt was confirmed, the heiress wasted no time getting back out there. 

Last night she first hit Nobu West Hollywood with her sister Nicky for some sushi before heading to MyHouse, where soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo was also hanging.

"When the two noticed each other they waved hi and then spent the rest of the night sitting side by side at the owners' table, where Paris was originally seated," a source tells E! of the two. "Ronaldo's group continued to order champagne and even sprayed the crowd with it at one point."
