Grey's Anatomy: What Was That Song?
Were you wondering what that song was during the season finale of Grey's Anatomy?
Well, even if you weren't (and there were several good songs, actually), you should check out Priscilla Ahn, whose melancholic song "Dream" added to the drama as the cast spent the episode fighting back the tears (bravely!) or bickering over the proper treatment of a patient on the operating table (fiercely!).
Or totally making out (is hotly a word?).
Anyway, we like this song. And the singer-songwriter has an album coming out next month on Blue Note, which also launched a singer named Norah Jones and probably has similar aspirations for Ahn.
Who knows if her "Dream" will pan out—but she's definitely worth a listen.
Grey's Star Adopts a McBaby
Grey’s Anatomy fans might be wondering which team Dr. Erica Hahn bats for, but in real life, actress Brooke Smith is into girls—adopting one, that is.
Smith, 40, and her cinematographer husband, Steve Lubensky, have adopted a baby girl from Ethiopia. She is the couple’s second daughter; big sister Fanny is 5 years old.
The Silence of the Lambs star and her husband had traveled to Africa on several occasions, including filming a documentary in Zimbabwe. Back in October, Smith told People magazine that they were considering adoption.
The couple has been married since 1999.
Patrick Dempsey on Dane's Anatomy
Is McDreamy McJealous of McSteamy?
In this Sunday's issue of Parade, a self-deprecating Patrick Dempsey playfully offers up some thoughts about his costar's physical attributes.
"I'm not Eric Dane. McSteamy is in perfect shape. I definitely have pec envy. There's a lot of pressure being a man in this town."
The Grey's Anatomy hunk also addresses that very term—hunk—saying, "People are seeing a fantasy. It's not necessarily me."
If you're gonna tell us you're really Gary Coleman, Patrick, we don't want to hear it.

T.R. Knight and Larry King Breaking the Silence
Silence will be golden tomorrow for T.R. Knight.
The openly gay Grey’s Anatomy star has just signed on to participate in the National Day of Silence ceremony at the Miguel Contreras Learning Complex in Los Angeles.
Sponsored by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) to help combat bullying and harassment of gays in schools, the day is marked by students across the country taking vows of silence during the day.
This year’s 12th annual programming—most of which takes place on Friday—is dedicated to Lawrence "Larry" King, a 15-year-old California boy who was shot to death in February by a fellow student, allegedly because King was gay.
I can also exclusively tell you that talk-show host Larry King is getting involved, too.
