Grey's Anatomy First Look: Is This McSteamy's Daughter?

Leven Rambin, Grey's Anatomy ABC/Danny Feld

Leven Rambin, aka home wrecker Riley from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is coming to Grey's Anatomy Nov. 19, and her home-wrecking streak might not be done yet...

We've been told that Leven's character features heavily in the Nov. 19 episode, titled "Holidaze," and that during the course of that episode (which spans several weeks of story time), "Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past."

What's so shocking? Well, rumor has it that Leven plays Mark "McSteamy" Sloan's long-lost daughter. Gasp!

Do you see a family resemblance?

And if you're a "Sexie" fan, is it better if this newcomer is a romantic rival or if she's just a reminder that the Mark-Lexie romance is sometimes just a smidge age-inappropriate? (Seriously, Leven and Chyler look like they could be sorority sisters!)

Last but not least, is anyone out there a tiny bit suspicious that this blond newcomer might actually be the daughter that Izzie (Katherine Heigl) gave up for adoption? What? We're just paranoid, OK?!

Check Out Lady Gaga's Nipple Tape on Gossip Girl

Penn Badgley, Lady Gaga, Leighton Meester Giovanni Rufino / The CW

What a motley crew this is!

Look closely at the official snapshot of Lady Gaga on the set of Gossip Girl, and you'll see that she's fallen in with the likes of a shaggy lumberjack (hello, Penn Badgley) and what appears to be a Cockney English flower girl (Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf as Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Doolittle?)—or perhaps Leighton's just wearing a beret/snood and a light-absorbing black getup.

Seriously though, somewhere in the world, right this minute, a celebrity photo stylist is hyperventilating.

Gaga, seen here wearing a red sequined cocktail dress adorned with faux nipple tape, is set to perform one of her pop-hit songs on the Nov. 16 episode of Gossip Girl, entitled, "The Last Days of Disco Stick."

And you totally spotted the mini-me version of Gaga on last night's ep of Gossip Girl, right?

This Just In: Bonjour, Paris! Meet Supernatural's Fame Demon

Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Paris Hilton, Supernatural Jack Rowand/The CW

Supernatural: Check out the promo photo the CW just released of heiress Paris Hilton, who guests on this Thursday's episode of Supernatural as a demon who feeds on the disorienting power of celebrity.

Grey's Anatomy: Kim Raver checks in to Grey's Anatomy on Nov. 12 as a "possible love interest" for Kevin McKidd's Owen Hunt. Ugh. Shouldn't she be over on Fox toying with Jack Bauer instead?

Parenthood: Gilmore Girl Lauren Graham might take over Maura Tierney's role on the NBC series Parenthood. Tierney departed the series to focus on her breast-cancer treatments.

Bored to Death: Jason Schwartzman lives to solve another crime. HBO's slacker-noir detective comedy Bored to Death has been renewed for a second season.

Melrose Place: The New York Post's PopWrap blog asserts that Ashlee Simpson can't act. Anyone care to challenge that thesis?

Check Out the First Official Photo of Charisma Carpenter on Legend of the Seeker!

Legend of the Seeker, Charisma Carpenter ABC

Charisma Carpenter looks pretty good in skintight leather, doesn't she? The former Buffy and Angel star appears on the Nov. 7 season premiere of the syndicated cult hit Legend of the Seeker, and we've got the exclusive first promo still!

Carpenter plays Triana, one of the feisty Mord-Sith warrior women who regularly make Richard Cypher's life miserable—when they're not trying to sex him up, that is.

Look for season two to go heavy on the superhot sci-fi ladies. In addition to Carpenter, Tabrett Bethell joins the cast as Mord-Sith, sister-friend Cara, a new regular character with designs on the Seeker, and Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights) guest stars as a Confessor who gets between Richard and Kahlan (Bridget Regan)

Celebrity Stunt Casting: Which Tabloid Fave's TV Guest Gig Was the Best?

Katie Holmes, So You Think You Can Dance Michael Becker/FOX

What can we say? We love it when major tabloid-cover celebrities deign to appear on one of our favorite shows. It's not just that an appearance by Britney Spears, Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes is inherently exciting; it's that when celebs of their caliber sign on the dotted line, they bring in a major publicity boost to some of our favorite series.

Brit's appearance on HIMYM not only launched her comeback, but launched that wonderful comedy into the stratosphere. Katie Holmes' gig on SYTYCD put a blazing spotlight on that fabulous reality show. And Nicole Richie's gig on Chuck was a creative and promotional triumph.

Of course, sometimes celeb guest gigs are gratuitous and strained, usually if they involve someone from The Hills, but still, we have to give those girls props for trying to put in their actress internship hours.

To honor these memorable moments in TV, we've put together a gallery of some of the most notable TV stunt-casting events from the past couple of years, and once your memory has been jogged a little, we want to know: Which was the best? Which was the most embarrassing failure? Tell us what you think!

The two are tying the knot in upstate New York, and the baby is expected to arrive sometime in 2010.
