Could Friday Night Lights Get Any Hotter? The Big Boss Spills All
Clear eyes, shirtless Riggins, can't lose!
(Wait, is that not how the mantra goes?)
The brilliant Friday Night Lights returns to TV tonight at 9 p.m. on DirecTV's channel 101, and even though Dillon football is in a state of upheaval, a few things remain the same: the heart, the humor, and yes, Taylor Kitsch will still "forget" to button those tricky buttons from time to time.
But the big question is this: What happens to the series now that beloved characters like Riggins and Zach Gilford's Matt Saracen have graduated? Are we losing them forever? And what happens with their lovely ladies, Minka Kelly's Lyla Garrity and Aimee Teegarden's Julie Taylor?
We caught up with FNL show runner Jason Katims for an exclusive interview about season four, and here's what we can tell you about the fates of your fan favorites...

Colin Egglesfield Explains His Shocking Dismissal From Melrose Place
Man, life is rough.
One day you're happy as a clam, working as a castmember on a prime-time network drama, and the next day someone's feeding you a line about changes in your show's "tone" and shuffling you off to Buffalo.
That's what just happened to departing Melrose Place star Colin Egglesfield, who sums up his roller-coaster Thursday this way: "I've had better days, to be quite honest."
We just spoke to Colin exclusively to find out why he's being pushed out of the show, not to mention where Auggie fits into the show's big murder mystery, and despite what you may have theorized, Auggie's not getting killed off, and despite what you may have been told, this exit was not planned from the beginning: "[They said it] was a network decision and obviously the ratings aren't what they need or want them to be, so they're going to try things to shake things up."
So what really happened today, and what's going to happen next on Melrose Place? Here's what we learned from Colin:

Find Out Why Jennifer Morrison's Character Is Leaving House
According to our favorite frenemy, Jennifer Morrison's run as Dr. Allison Cameron on House will end midseason, and her exit was a creative decision on the part of the producers. (Meaning Morrison didn't quit; she was written out.)
OK, so that's the alleged behind-the-scenes situation—according to a rep, "The show does not have any comment" on reports of Morrison's exit—but forget the Hollywood drama. What drives Cameron to ditch her job at Princeton-Plainsboro after more than five years in House's orbit?
Read on for the exclusive scoop we got from insiders on why Cameron leaves her husband and the hospital...

Warehouse 13 Sneak Peek: BSG Star Michael Hogan Guests!
We've read your emails and know you guys love Warehouse 13, so in honor of tonight's second-to-last ep, we're bringing you an exclusive sneak peek!
Secret Service Agent Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly) is going Hogan home in this week's episode of Warehouse 13, because her parents (Michael Hogan—Battlestar Galactica's Colonel Tigh—and his real-life wife, Susan) are in trouble. Warehouse-type trouble: Dad is being tormented by the ink leaping from the pages of a mysterious manuscript delivered to his bookstore.
Yay for family reunions? Maybe not, when you watch the clip above. Also, Myka's an only child, so her pop's choosing to name his business Bering & Sons is pretty telling. That, and the revealing exchange between Myka and her partner, Pete, a while back:
Myka: You ever see that movie The Great Santini, with the tough dad and the scared kids?
Pete: It's like that, huh?
Myka: Yeah, except it wasn't over in two hours.
Fortunately, sometimes the artifacts do more good than harm.

Check Out the First Official Photo of Movie Star Hilary Duff on Gossip Girl!
Here she is! Hilary Duff joins the cast of Gossip Girl as movie star Olivia Burke for the Oct. 5 episode titled "Dan de Fleurette," and we have the exclusive first look at Duff in character on the set!
Duff's character is assigned to be Vanessa's (Jessica Szohr) roommate at NYU—their dorm room is the setting of the still above—and through Vanessa, Olivia gets to know Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley). Olivia becomes attracted to Dan, and vica versa. Of course, there's a twist: Dan is so tuned out to pop culture that he doesn't realize the girl he's falling for is a huge movie star famous for her role in a Twilight-esque series of vampire movies.
Still, the two college kids manage to make their odd-couple pairing work, and cuteness ensues. Yay!
What do you think? Does Duff look like a good addition to the Gossip Girl cast? Do you think she'll be a good match for Dan?

Meet Melrose Place's Newest Lady of the Night
Yay, overeducated hookers!
The sexiest, most depraved storyline on the new Melrose Place is the one where Stephanie Jacobsen's Lauren decides to pay her med-school bills by becoming a high-class call girl.
It's hard out there for a ho, especially one as fundamentally ladylike and good-hearted as Lauren, so the Melrose Place bosses kindly just cast someone to show her the prostitution ropes...
