Lori Petty Slapped With Not-So-Petty DUIs
Tank Girl officially charged with being really tanked.
Los Angeles prosecutors today rang up Lori Petty on two misdemeanors as a result of her bust for driving under the influence Saturday night.
The 45-year-old, who was arrested in Venice after allegedly hitting a skateboarder with her car, was slapped with one count each of DUI with injury and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher. She was also charged with driving without proof of insurance.
The skateboarder, whose identity has not been made public, was treated on the scene for minor injuries. Petty was not injured but was taken into police custody and jailed for roughly five hours before being released on $100,000 bail.
While the driving without insurance infraction could set Petty back $200, the other two charges carry a considerably higher penalty for the former House guest star: If found guilty, she could face up to one year in county jail per charge along with a $1,000 fine.
Petty's arraignment has been set for June 25.

Brad Pitt Quotes Mel Gibson's DUI Rant
Sunday's MTV Movie Awards: Special Twilight Edition wasn't the only awards show happening over the weekend. Spike TV filmed their Guys Choice Awards Saturday night—and they managed to get Brad Pitt to show up (but no Angelina Jolie...).
The show, which will air June 21, opened with Mel Gibson riding a horse in a Viking helmet onstage (funny in a "you had to be there" way, maybe?), where he then announced Fight Club's induction into the prestigious Guy Hall of Fame.
Brad accepted the honor from his esteemed colleague by choosing his favorite line from Gibson's infamous 2006 DUI rant...

Lane Garrison Gets His Prison Break
Lane Garrison is a free man.
E! News has learned exclusively that the 28-year-old actor was paroled early Wednesday morning from the California Correctional Institute in rural Tehachapi, Calif.
The onetime Prison Break player had been scheduled to be released at 3:15 a.m. About a half-hour later, he was greeted by family and friends outside the prison, located roughly 120 miles north of Los Angeles. A source close to the actor tells us, "He's done his time and now he's looking forward to trying to move on with his life."
Although Garrison is through with prison, the actor will now check himself into an in-patient rehabilitation center in order to shorten his probation period, sources confirm.
Lane Garrison Rehabbing His Way to Freedom Ahead of Schedule
Lane Garrison may be celebrating May Day on the outside.
The former Prison Break actor is going to be released from prison after serving roughly half of his 40-month sentence for a 2006 DUI crash that left one of his teenage passengers dead and injured two others.
"We can confirm that he is going to be released to parole soon, but it is our policy not to disclose the inmate's scheduled release date for security and safety reasons, " Terry Thornton, spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, told E! News Thursday.
But the timeline does not mean Garrison is being released early, Thornton said. Rather, he is going to be let out before his sentence is up.
There's a difference, apparently.
"Hungry Eyes" Crooner Eric Carmen in the Clink for DUI
Let's hope his cell mate doesn't have hungry eyes, or Eric Carmen will be wishing he were all by himself.
The 1980s hitmaker, best known for "All By Myself" and "Hungry Eyes," was sentenced Wednesday to 180 days in the slammer stemming from a drunk driving arrest last fall in Ohio.
Bedford Municipal Court Judge Peter Junkin ordered the 59-year-old ex-Raspberries frontman to report to Solon Jail on April 25, but the judge suspended the majority of Carmen's incarceration so the singer will only have to serve 30 days.
In addition to his jail stint, Carmen will be on probabtion for a year and be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing (he's not allowed to consume booze), and must enroll in an alcohol-education program and pay nearly $1,500 in fines and court fees.
The Ohio native had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit on Sept. 9, when he rammed his Range Rover into a fire hydrant. He pleaded guilty to counts of DUI and dangerous driving.
Angie Everhart a Wanted Woman
Angie Everhart's presence has been sorely missed at least once this month.
A bench warrant was issued for the expectant redhead's arrest on April 6 after she failed to show up in court to pay a $50 fine related to her April 2008 DUI bust, Los Angeles City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan confirmed to E! News.
A rep for Everhart couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Court records show that the warrant is still outstanding and that the actress' probation has been revoked in the meantime.
The Ex-Wives Club host pleaded no contest last summer to driving under the influence and was sentenced to three years' probation, fined $300 and ordered to complete an alcohol-education program.

Free at Last, Lindsay Lohan Emerges for DUI Class
No longer a wanted woman, Lindsay Lohan apparently felt it safe to finally show her face on this sunshiny day.
The beleaguered starlet—the object of a $50,000 arrest warrant issued Friday night and rescinded this morning after a judge deemed Lohan's behavior A-OK—emerged from gal-pal Samantha Ronson's Hollywood home at 1:20 p.m.
Accompanied by her assistant and a security team, Lohan wordlessly sidestepped a horde of paparazzi and fans and climbed into a waiting vehicle. Then it was off to an alcohol-education class at Right On Programs in Glendale.
"You would think it was President Obama in there," one onlooker told E! News. "The security guards were decked out in black suits, earpieces, sunglasses. They looked like secret service."
Lohan hadn't been seen since she arrived at Ronson's pad at about 4:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Hoff Ex Pamela Bach Busted for DUI
Too bad the former Mrs. Knight Rider didn't have a KITT to spare her a DUI.
David Hasselhoff's ex-wife, Pamela Bach, was arrested in Los Angeles last night on a felony count of driving under the influence after triggering a chain-reaction car crash that left two people with minor injuries, according to an LAPD spokeswoman.
The Hoff's former missus was briefly jailed before being released on $100,000 bail.
Bach, 45, has been battling Hasselhoff, 56, for custody over their two teenage daughters, 18-year-old Taylor and 16-year-old Hayley. The Baywatch star filed for divorce in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason to end their 16-year marriage.
Charles Barkley Checks Out of the Slammer
Charles Barkley's lost weekend is officially over.
The former basketball All-Star was released from an Arizona jail Monday morning after serving approximately 36 hours behind bars for his Dec. 31 DUI.
Barkley, who was first sentenced to 10 days—or five on the condition he attend an alcohol-education program—had his time reduced to three days on the recommendation of Phoenix prosecutors.
The outspoken NBA analyst checked into Phoenix's Tent City facility at 8 a.m. Saturday, was released on a work furlough from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, and then spent one more night locked up before leaving for good at 8 a.m. today, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
Charles Barkley Scores Only 3 Points, er, Days
Looks like Charles Barkley is getting the Nicole Richie version of jail time.
Last month, the former baller was sentenced to 10 days behind bars in Arizona after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. The sentence, which is set to begin Saturday, would be cut in half should the Inside the NBA man complete an alcohol-education program. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
Now, the Scottsdale prosecutor has recommended that Barkley only spend three days in the Tent City outdoor prison's pink pajamas, according to the Arizona Republic.
The Round Mound of Rebound was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 31 after he was caught running a stop sign. While he refused a breathalyzer test, he made sure to tell the arresting officers the real reason for his rush—oral sex.
Charles Barkley Rebounded to Jail for DUI
Charles Barkley's run-in with the law has landed him in foul territory.
The outspoken NBA analyst was sentenced to 10 days in jail Monday after pleading guilty to driving under the influence for his Dec. 31 arrest in Scottsdale, Ariz.
He'll only have to spend five days behind bars, however, if he completes an alcohol-education program. A $2,000 fine was also levied on him for the incident. He's due to start serving his sentence by March 21.
Barkley was arrested at about 1:30 a.m. after running a stop sign. He refused to take a breath test at the scene, but was apparently more than happy to inform his arresting officers that he'd been in such a hurry because he was on his way to get oral sex.
After a two-month, network-imposed hiatus, the brash former baller was back at his post on TNT's Inside the NBA Thursday, where he apologized—bluntly, as always—for his behavior.
Gary Collins Charged With RV DUI
Gary Collins supersized his ride, and now a judge might supersize his punishment.
The former Hour Magazine host is facing DUI charges stemming from his Jan. 31 arrest in Montecito, Calif., for allegedly being behind the wheel of a motor home while intoxicated—his third DUI bust this decade and second in the past two years.
Police said his blood-alcohol level at the time of his arrest was 0.29, more than three times the legal limit.
