Spoiler Chat: Grey's Anatomy's Kevin McKidd Dishes on (And Defends!) "Love Triangle"
Cristina hates her. With a passion. And so far, it seems that some of you fans do too.
Ever since Kim Raver (whom Cristina named "Desert Storm Barbie") was introduced on Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy, our inbox has overflowed with messages from fans wanting to know what's next for their favorite couple, Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd), now that Kim's character, Dr. Teddy Altman, is in the mix.
Well, we just talked to Kevin himself, and he admits that he, too, was concerned at first about the triangle, but he warmed up to it, and tells you fans why you might want to keep an open mind.
Oh, and if you want to know what's next for Glee (Christmas song!), Vampire Diaries (dish from Kevin Williamson himself) or Desperate Housewives (who won't die?), we have that too.
It's all in our latest roundup of exclusive TV scoop...
Alex in Rhode Island: Please don't tell me Kim Raver is sticking around long on Grey's Anatomy!

The End Is Nigh: Fox Officially Cancels Dollhouse
UPDATE: Joss Whedon has spoken. "I feel [Dollhouse] is getting better pretty much every week," he just wrote to his fans on Whedonesque.com. "And I think you'll agree in the coming months. I'm grateful that we got to put it on, and then come back and put it on again." Joss also promised, "By the time the last episode airs, you'll know what my next project is."
________
Dollhouse is done. We knew this was coming—Dollhouse creator Joss Whedon recently posted on fansite Whedonesque.com that the writers were "not exactly saving all the good stuff for 14-22," but still. 'Tis sad.
Insiders confirm to us that Fox has officially closed the book on the Friday-night sci-fi series. (Series producer and Joss Whedon sister-in-law Maurissa Tancharoen, who also guest stars in an upcoming episode as an active named Kilo, tweeted confirmation as well, saying, "Yes. Cancelled. Sad but true.")
We're hearing that episode 13 serves as a season finale "in a significant way and gives Joss enough time to wrap up the stories."
The show is currently on hiatus for November sweeps (seeing as how its negligible ratings would more than likely drag down Fox's average), but is set to return beginning Dec. 4 with double-booked Fridays.
So is there any chance the series could go to another network?
Spoiler Chat: Lady Gaga Gets in on Gossip Girl Threesome!
By now, most of you have seen it: Tonight's ménage à truhhhbuuuhhhl.
It was pretty lame tame, right? But fear you not, next week things will get much saucier via flashbacks of the ménage-à-shocker as the three little birds piece together what happened.
So what happens next on Gossip Girl? Are D and O over? What about V? And what's this about a certain Miss Lady Gaga getting in on the threeway action?
We have the scoop in our latest roundup of exclusive TV dish, along with the latest on Grey's hot couplings (will it be Cristina and Owen or Cristina and Jackson?), Chuck's sad news for fans of Sarah and Chuck, and a breakup on Friday Night Lights...
Lucas in Evanston, Ill.: Forget Owen and Cristina on Grey's Anatomy! Give us some scoop on Cristina and Jackson! Please?
This Just In: James Van Der Beek Is Forgotten
• OK, We Get It, JVDB! In his latest attempt to prove he's totally not the squeaky-clean Creek boy of yesterseason, James Van Der Beek has taken a role on ABC's The Forgotten, our frenemy reveals, as a dark and shady financial broker. (We're talking to James, Kevin Williamson and other former Creeksters next week, so email any Q's to tvdiva@eonline.com or tweet @kristinalert.)
• Melrose Place Pulled... From Wednesday nights, that is. The CW has yanked repeats of Melrose in favor of repeats of Vampire Diaries, proving boss Kevin Williamson is not forgotten. (And neither are Ian S.'s abs.)
• Even Sweeter Than the Real Top Chef: Yum! There's a spinoff in the works called Just Desserts, with pastry chefs. Word is a certain E! Online columnist would not cry if they asked her to judge.
• Big Bang Throw-Down: Ruh roh! Executive producer Bill Prady promises "a big, giant, knockdown, drag-out fight" for Penny and Leonard, after which she will run into an old flame. We're no mathematicians, but this seems to add up to trouble in geek paradise.
• Dollhouse: If you love this show, tell a friend. Friday night's ratings hit an all-time low. Ugly Betty is also down 14 percent.
Jeffrey: Was that really Jayma Mays singing "I Could Have Danced All Night" on Glee?
This Just In: The Hills Viewers Flee Kristin Cavallari
• The Hills: Kristin Cavallari fail. Somewhere in West Hollywood, Lauren Conrad is laughing her ass off. Ratings for The Hills are down one-third this season—i.e., ever since the former Laguna Beach star rejoined the cast, purportedly as the L.C.-equivalent lead character.
• Glee: There's a new sneak peek out of Glee's upcoming Nov. 11 episode (which we've seen and which rocks). "Wheels" centers on Kevin McHale's Artie, and he tells us, "At the end of 'Wheels' there's a huge wheelchair dance number—I can't say what song it is—OK, it's a play on words. It's my favorite number, although I'm biased."
• In Treatment: HBO just renewed the Gabriel Byrne-starring critically acclaimed therapy drama In Treatment for a third season.
• Dollhouse: TV auteur Joss Whedon appeared before his people again yesterday with consoling words about Dollhouse being kicked out of November sweeps: "Howzabout that schedule? Well, I'm not as depressed as everyone else...We get November to try to spread the word...and then December is pure gluttony."
Spoiler Chat: Who's Crossing Over Next on Grey's and Private Practice?
Could Izzie (Katherine Heigl) be running away to L.A. to hang with Addison (Kate Walsh)?
Or maybe it's McSteamy (Eric Dane) who's heading down south—what? We mean to Cali!—with his former flame?
Anything is possible, 'cause it looks as though more Grey's Anatomy crossovers are in the works, and sources are rumbling about a possible third show in the mix. (Shhh…)
Meanwhile, we have exclusive news for you Bones fans, courtesy of David Boreanaz: It's official! Emily's sis Zooey Deschanel hits the set for the next episode.
Plus, more juicy goodness on the big Heroes death and who might not be dead on Lost after all...It's all in our latest roundup of exclusive TV scoop.
Update
Joss Whedon + Glee = 2 Good 2 Be True?
Stop it, Fox. Stop making us so damn happy!
Not only is Glee quickly becoming our favorite series on television this season—there, we said it!—but Fox just confirmed to us that the addictive new show has just tapped Joss Whedon to direct an upcoming episode.
Yes, that Joss Whedon. You know, the guy who created Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Serenity, Dr. Horrible and now Dollhouse (which returns Friday).
He also has directed The Office twice, so it seems his taste in television does not suck.
So how did these two great flavors come together? And more importantly, who is Joss going to kill once he gets onto the set of Glee? Here's what he just spilled...

Guess Which Dollhouse Power Couple Is Finally Hooking Up?!
It's about damn time!
Ever since Dollhouse started last spring, we've been waiting for Echo/Caroline (Eliza Dushku) and Paul Ballard (Tahmoh Penikett) to hook up, but in season one, it was not meant to be. Paul was mating with Mellie/November (Miracle Laurie), and except for some passionate fight scenes, the fed and L.A.'s No. 1 Doll hardly ever shared scenes.
Well, that's all about to change. We just ran into our favorite set of 12-pack abs—Tahmoh!—and here's what he blabbed...
This Just In: Eliza Dushku Confirms She's Taken a Lovah
Dollhouse: It's official: Rick Fox has scored himself some Faith. (Say it with us now: Lucky bastard!)
Eliza Dushku (formerly Buffy's Faith, now your favorite doll on Fox's Friday night) told TV Guide magazine that she is indeed dating Vanessa Williams' ex-husband, former L.A. Laker (and recent Ugly Betty guest star) Rick Fox. "We're trying to balance really getting to know each other with all our demands workwise," Eliza told the mag.
Our source on the Dollhouse set tells us: "[Rick] has been very nice. There's definitely an age difference and they aren't the first two people I would put together. But he's been to set and he seems to get along great with everyone."
Six Feet Under: Jeremy Sisto proved he's totally done obsessing over Claire (Lauren Ambrose) by tying the knot Tuesday at City Hall.
Big Love: HBO released a date for the new season: Jan. 10. Round up your wives and celebrate!
Dancing With the Stars: ABC and BBC Worldwide Productions are looking into developing a new series in which "stars" compete in ice skating. Just to make the injuries more interesting! Our first pick: Vanilla Ice. Just 'cause that hair would be so aerodynamic.
This Just In: TNT May Save Southland
• Southland: According to the Hollywood Reporter, TNT is considering picking up the John Wells drama Southland. Do it! Southland would go brilliantly with the network's existing slate of grown-up crime dramas like The Closer. The deal's not done yet though. A TNT rep tells us, "We continually look at all programming opportunities that fit our portfolio of brands." Keep your fingers and toes crossed!
• Dollhouse: Despite Dollhouse's seemingly shaky future, Fox has revealed that it will produce and air all 13 ordered episodes of season two. Good network manners such as these must be rewarded and encouraged. Someone send these people cookies!
• Chuck: The latest rumors about an early return for Chuck say that it all depends on the demise of Trauma. And now we're torn: Chuck is awesome, but Trauma is ER with exteriors, and it's not half bad. What say you?
Spoiler Chat: Can the New Gossip Girl Be Trusted?
We've got the dish on Bree Buckley's bad intentions on Gossip Girl. (Did you really think she was as good as she seemed?) Plus, read on to find out which couple is due for some devastating news on One Tree Hill, Lisa Edelstein talking Jen Morrison's House exit, Lo Bosworth spilling on the future of The Hills, and Lance Reddick on an Observer-centric ep of Fringe...
Kelly in Ft. Myers, Fla.: I've heard that our favorite Dollhouse may be in danger. Does it help the rating if people watch on iTunes or Hulu? I always try to do my best.
