Fashion Face-Off: Kim Kardashian vs. Gwyneth Paltrow

It's a battle of the beauties!

Kim Kardashian was simply stunning in a gorgeous Emilio Pucci gown as she and Kanye West hit up a party on pal Diddy's yacht in Cannes on Tuesday night.

But if the midriff-revealing outfit looks somewhat familiar, well, that's because Gwyneth Paltrow donned the same-styled dress last September when she attended the 2011 Emmy Awards.

Kim, of course, did alter the overall look a bit by opting to wear her hair up.
