Clooney's Euro-Cash "Fun" Raiser

Wouldn't it be grand to hang out with George Clooney in Europe? Well, now you can—but it'll cost you a grand (plus airfare).

It's part of a big fundraiser Clooney plans to host for his BlackBerry buddy, Barack Obama, Sept. 2 in Geneva, Switzerland, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times. Of course, you're not gonna be hanging out with Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber with George on a yacht (see above). Calm down, it's just gonna be meet and greet.

If spending $1,000 to hang out at a reception seems too plebeian, you can up the ante and have dinner with Danny Ocean for a mere $10,000.

But if you think dropping that much change gets you an audience with the Hope Guy, as Paris Hilton recently referred to Obama, sorry, in this case, he's gonna be the Nope Guy.

He'll be busy stateside, running for president and all that.
