Denise Richards: Dating, but No Boyfriend

Denise Richards isn't looking to have any more kids anytime soon.
"I always say, 'I used to have plans, but those went out the window because of the last three years,'" she told me yesterday while promoting the second season of her E! reality show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated (premiering June 7).
"As a single mom, I have my hands full with two daughters, but at the moment I'm good," she added. That doesn't mean she's not looking for a new man…
Denise Richards Will Never Sing in Public Again

Denise Richards wants you to know that there's a very good reason she sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" the other day at a Chicago Cubs game.
And, unlike other onscreen vixens like Leighton Meester, it certainly has nothing to do with her trying to impress people with her singing abilities.

While we give Denise Richards major points for attempting to perform "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" during the Chicago Cubs seventh inning stretch, our very own E! reality star should probably stick to what she does best—selling her funbags!

Denise Richards Sells Her Funbags
Denise Richards is a member of our family here at E!; we love and support each other through the rumor whoopsies, heartbreaks, naked photo shoots, sunburns, DWTS eliminations. You know, just about everything any normal household would go through.
So of course we're going to be there for our It's Complicated star when she tries to sell her funbags and hooha in a FunnyOrDie video. Don't worry, it's for jokes, guys, but still we feel obligated to help her get her message out to as many people as possible.
Now gather round and try to count the sexual euphemisms.
DWTS Backstage: Denise Takes It in Stride; Woz Cries

Shock, relief and tears filled the backstage area of Dancing With the Stars tonight as Denise Richards' samba sent her packing.
"For a minute, I thought we had a shot at staying," Denise told E! News backstage after tonight's elimination show. "I’m really glad I got to do the dance over again and get better scores and a better reaction. It was better to go out on that note than last night."
Better scores indeed. Denise and her partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, earned four more points in her dance-off against bottom two-er Holly Madison. "I never imagined anybody could improve in a day by [four] points unless you flat-out fell on the floor," says Maksim.

Dancing With One Less Star

So many possibilities, so little time.
Who deserved the boot Tuesday on Dancing With the Stars? The fellow with the lowest score in six seasons? The gal who took a five-point dive from last week? The dude whose Jackass has taken quite the beating this month?
Or none of the above?
This week the dance-off actually stood to help the contestants who found themselves grinning through the disappointment atop the chopping block, but whether those few extra points are really helping to tip the scales...well, maybe you should ask the Answer Bitch about that.
Denise Richards: DWTS Costumes Will Get Skimpier
As if the costumes aren't revealing enough on Dancing With the Stars, Denise Richards predicts we'll be seeing even less fabric and a lot more skin in the weeks ahead.
"I love the costumes," the E! reality star told me after last night's show. "But it seems the costumes get skimpier on this show the more weight people lose."
Richards' outfit last night wasn't too skimpy, so at least that was one less thing she had to worry about...
Dancing With the Stars: Steve-O Backs Into Hospital; Shawn, Gilles, Kim & Melissa Step Up

Another performance, another chance to keep hope alive of hoisting the disco ball at season's end.
The judges raved and ranted alike on Dancing WIth the Stars Monday, though the scores didn't always reflect the caliber of critique, or vice versa.
One couple got it especially hard, albeit in absentia. Steve-O, hospitalized with an injured back and not in studio tonight, was graded on his not ready for prime-time dress rehearsal—meaning Lacey Schwimmer was the sole recipient of the judges' pummeling.
Meanwhile, the stars who shined last week continued to do so, and even some of the less stellar celebs showed improvement.

Denise Richards may be a contestant on the new season of Dancing With the Stars, but this certainly wasn't the first time producers came calling.
"When they asked me to do it originally, my mom was still [alive] and both my parents were like, 'You're going to get voted off right away because women hate you,' " Richards tells me as she's making breakfast for her daughters, Sam and Lola. "And I thought, 'They're right. This may not be a good time to do the show.' Granted, a lot of them still hate me, but hopefully they hate me less. Time has gone by."
Denise Richards: Dancing With the Paparazzi
Even just getting out of a parking lot can sometimes be complicated.
Denise Richards found herself doing a little cha-cha of sorts with the shutterbugs outside the 3rd Street Dance studio in West Hollywood on Thursday after practicing with her Dancing With the Stars partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
But the It's Complicated star seemed to take it all in stride and—despite being asked such inane questions as "How's Charlie doing?"—managed to offer up a couple of waves.
Now let's hope the photogs at least return the favor by throwing a few votes Denise's way come March 9, when the new season of DWTS premieres on ABC.
