Once upon a time, Snoop Dogg told us he'd like to hit the studio with Miley Cyrus or the Jonas Brothers.
Sadly, he's singing a different tune these days.
When we caught up with the rapper in April, he told us that he'd like to "make some gangsta pop music" with the Disney sensations.
But when we ran into him last night at the launch of Adidas Originals by David Beckham and James Bond in L.A., he quickly backtracked...

Katharine McPhee wasn't exactly shocked to learn that Paula Abdul was leaving American Idol.
"It doesn't surprise me, because it wouldn't surprise me if Simon Cowell was leaving the show," McPhee told me at last night's benefit concert for the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank and Feeding America.
"They've all been on the show for so many years…Do what you've got to do," she said. "People try to figure out the real stories and I'm like, 'Who cares? She wants to go.' "
In fact, McPhee thinks it's time for the show to shake things up a bit with someone like Ellen DeGeneres...

It's official! David Arquette and Courteney Cox have signed on to reunite with the Ghostface killer.
"We are going to be doing Scream 4," Arquette just told me from New York City, where he's hanging out in plastic box over Madison Square Garden for Feeding America (more on that later). "Kevin Williamson is writing the script at this moment, and hopefully Wes Craven is going to direct."
In the original horror trilogy, Arquette played Deputy Dewey Riley with Cox as a tabloid television reporter Gale Weathers...

Kanye's entourage was busy bustin' moves left and right backstage while Lady A looked more like a stick in the grumpy mud than a party girl. She never took her eyes off her main man on stage, and she just stood there, clutching her black purse, like Kanye was keeping her, or something. Run, Kanye, again. Please. Courteney & David's Coco: A Model in the Making
Is David Arquette and Courteney Cox's young daughter, Coco, on her way to becoming a supermodel?
Maybe.
David says his new clothing company with longtime musician pal Ben Harper, Propr, has the 4-year-old already dreaming of catwalks.
"Coco was at the fashion show, and she wants to be a model now," David says in his latest MySpace Celebrity video. "We make her little couture dresses...She's had a couple made."
As for Courteney, she's just hoping David's foray into fashion will help him clean up his look. "She wants me to wear jeans that are tighter," he admits. "My butt's always hanging out of my clothes."

Courteney Cox and hubby David Arquette hosted a Barack Obama victory party Tuesday night at their Beverly Hills home, E! News has learned.
Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher were among those in attendance, and the bubbly was flowing liberally (pardon the pun) as Arquette made the rounds with his guests.
"David was in such a good mood, he walked outside his gate and poured champagne for the paparazzi," one insider said.
