This Just In: Get Your First Look at Gavin Rossdale in Criminal Minds Custody!

Gavin Rossdale, Criminal Minds Danny Feld/CBS

Criminal Minds: CBS just sent us this exclusive photo of Gavin Rossdale's guest gig on Criminal Minds. Rossdale plays an eyeliner-loving rock star suspected of murder. Do you think he'll pull off the part? Rossdale's wife, Gwen Stefani, played a rock star (although not one accused of murder, that we know of) last spring in Gossip Girl's Lily flashback ep.

Melrose Place: People has the first photos of Heather Locklear on the set of the new Melrose Place.

Battlestar Galactica: Maxim has half-nekkid pictures of Cylon models Six and Eight, aka gorgeous actress ladies Tricia Helfer and Grace Park. Man, who'd have ever thought we would miss the crazy ol' Cylons?

Read on for some cool casting announcements, plus the first photo of Firefly vixen Gina Torres on Gossip Girl...

As promised, here is part two of my Criminal Minds season-four dish report, courtesy of boss Ed Bernero—and now it is sexy time!

The boys above—hotties Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler), Morgan (Shemar Moore) and Hotch (Thomas Gibson)—are actually going to see some action this season, and I don't mean the kind that involves running from explosions in slow motion...

Criminal Minds: Who Blew Up?

Criminal Minds cast Monty Brinton/CBS

Team BAU is back. Criminal Minds, the supercompelling (and sometimes supercreepy) CBS drama about a team of FBI profilers who crack the most psychologically challenging cases in the country, returns to CBS tonight at 9. And at long last, we'll learn which SUV exploded in last season's finale and what that does to the team...

This season is full of big changes, and I've got the word from the man in charge of the Minds, show runner Ed Bernero, about what's to come with the characters you lurve in season four...

Criminal Minds: You Ask, We Answer

Meta Golding, A.J. Cook ABC, CBS

So what do you know? More news!

After the previous Criminal Minds post, you guys wanted a little clarity on the question of "Is someone dying or just getting lightly flambéed?" While digging around for the answer, I stumbled onto a bit more Criminal Minds scoop for you, including a cast addition!

First off, a source close to the show told me, "We know the fans love all our characters equally, and because of that, they have some job security." So, continue to expect a serious injury, rather than an outright death, as a result of the SUV explosion.

Now, that said, A.J. Cook's due date draws near, and I'm hearing that her character will be "having the baby in nearly real time," meaning that A.J. and J.J. will be giving birth all but simultaneously on TV and in real life.

And on that note, I can tell you that there will be a new liaison on the team while A.J. Cook is off on her maternity leave. Meta Golding is signing on for the gig, and she'll appear on the series beginning at the end of October. I'm told it's "really cute how she's introduced." But if you love your Jennifer Jareau, you can breath easy, because Meta is just filling in, and J.J. will be returning to the team when she's done baby-makin'!

So, do you think J.J. should be considered safe, or do you think the explosion will bring on some sort of baby-related trauma, allowing her to gracefully disappear for a few episodes? Or both? Post in the comments.

Criminal Minds: Whose SUV Exploded?

Criminal Minds Karen Neal/ABC Studios

Who went kablooey? That's the question that's been raging all summer long for you Criminal Minds fans (my email inbox proves it), after the SUV of a series regular was blown up in the season finale.

While I don't want to know the straight-up answer (what fun would that be?) I do have a couple of hints and a theory about whose SUV went boom and some dish from Matthew Gray Gubler (you know him, you know love him...Dr. Spencer Reid!) about what's in store when the series returns Sept. 24 on CBS. Click in for the goods!

Criminal Minds Bosses Answer Your Q's About Reid, Rossi and the Show's Return

Criminal Minds Cliff Lipson/CBS

This show's so good it's...Criminal.

Okay, that was a pretty lame pun, but it's still true. Over the course of the past season, Criminal Minds has turned into just about our fave procedural on the air. So, now that the strike's over and Criminal's genius writers' minds are back at work, it seems a good time to check in with the show's bosses, Ed Bernero and Charles S. Carroll, to get answers to your fan questions about what's in store for the gang, in particular Reid, Hotch, Garcia and that new guy, Rossi.

Read on to find out who's off the junk, who's getting busy and what else is in store for the show when it returns in April...
