Angie Everhart Dinged for DUI

Angie Everhart's latest tangle is not so hot. 

The former model and Another 9½ Weeks star was charged Thursday with one count of driving under the influence stemming from her April 24 arrest following a 2 a.m. traffic stop. 

The complaint against Everhart also alleges she failed to complete a chemical test at the scene, L.A. City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan told E! News. The erstwhile Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition fixture was taken into custody and released later the same day on $15,000 bail. 

Arraignment is scheduled for May 15. Everhart is facing a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Steve-O Pleads Not Guilty in Drug Rap

For his next stunt, Steve-O is hoping to beat a legal rap.

The Jackass star appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony cocaine possession stemming from last month's drug bust.

Going for a more dapper, button-down look compared to his usual shirtless ways, he entered his plea through his lawyer, Barry Sands.

Los Angeles Commissioner Henry J. Hall set a preliminary hearing for May 13, which Steve-O will be required to attend. At that point, the court will decide whether there's enough evidence to warrant a trial.
