D.A. Disses Jayde Nicole-Joe Francis Death-Defying Scuffle
This is a case of he said, they said and the district attorney said, "Whatever."
Joe Francis claims Brody Jenner's girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, attacked him outside L.A. nightclub Guys & Dolls early in the morning on Aug. 28.
Nicole, however, claims the Girls Gone Wild guru came after her, and she's since filed a $1 million lawsuit against him. Francis in turn countersued last week, claiming he thought the Playboy model was going to "kill" him.
They don't have any major injuries to speak of, so it's a good thing they have those civil suits to help them figure out what happened that night. Prosecutors are wiping their hands of the drama.
"The interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects," states the Los Angeles County District Attorney's charge evaluation worksheet.
Of course, the authorities don't completely give up on pointing fingers at the instigator of all the hair-pulling drama.
Brody Jenner: Kristin Cavallari Just "Bitter"

Brody Jenner isn't worried that his ex-girlfriend Kristin Cavallari called him boring in bed.
The new queen be-yotch on The Hills called sex with Jenner "vanilla" in a trailer for the new season and told us he didn't do anything "outside the box."
"I laugh at that, and you'll laugh too once you see the rest of the season," he told me at the Hollywood Style Awards last night. "I take the high road, but she was obviously just bitter about something."
We'll have to watch and see what exactly she's bitter about, but clearly, there's no bad blood between Brody and former fling Lauren Conrad.
L.C. presented Brody with the Young Hollywood Stylemaker Award and had a cozy dinner with him after the event at STK.
So where was his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole?
Brody said his lady was back home, celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving with her family.
He had no comment on the drink-throwing/hair-pulling incident between her and Joe Francis at Guys and Dolls back in August.

Kristin Cavallari Explains "Vanilla" Sex With Brody

Listen up, boys. If you want to get close to Kristin Cavallari, you better not be boring in bed.
Remember how The Hills' new queen bee said in the new trailer that sex with ex-boyfriend Brody Jenner was "very vanilla"?
She explained that comment a little more last night at the Unite Unveiled party she hosted at Skybar.
"We just...didn't really do anything out of the box," she laughed.
Just because Brody was blah between the sheets doesn't mean she wants to jump on the John Mayer train.
Yesterday, she told Ryan Seacrest that Mayer asked her out but she declined, saying she "didn't need to be a notch on his belt."
And last night, she said she wouldn't give him another shot.

Brody Jenner's Girl Flashes Lawsuit at Joe Francis

Next time you're tempted to pull a Playmate's hair...don't.
Brody Jenner's lady friend, Playboy beauty Jayde Nicole, has sued Joe Francis for $1 million over the trio's he-said, they-said dustup at a Hollywood club last month.
Nicole and Jenner have claimed that Francis left her bruised and battered outside Guys & Dolls after she poured a drink on him, supposedly to discourage him from getting too chummy with her pal Abbey Wilson, who's also Francis' ex.
Francis, who last month showed E! News scratches and bruises on his neck that he said were from the altercation, has maintained that he may have "accidentally grabbed" Nicole's hair out of surprise when she tossed her glass at him, and that Jenner just started wailing on him for no good reason.
Francis has threatened to sue Jenner for daring to imply that he would ever hit a girl.
But from Nicole's perspective, as stated in the suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court: "In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll."
Joe Francis Tries to Crash Club Opening, Fails
If Joe Francis didn't know that Frankie Delgado was Brody Jenner's best friend, he's aware of it now.
The Girls Gone Wild founder was thrown out of L.A.'s club Mi-6 last night during the opening party hosted by Delgado.
While no one has said for sure why Francis was given the boot, we suspect it may have something to do with the ongoing battle between Francis and Jenner. The two got into a scuffle a couple of weeks ago after Francis got into an altercation Jenner's girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, at nightclub Guys & Dolls.

Apparently, blood isn't thicker than water for Kim and Khloé Kardashian, who seemed willing to forget the ongoing family feud with Joe Francis.
Their stepbrother Brody Jenner claims Joe attacked his girlfriend Jayde Nicole at a club. And although the girls attended Brody's birthday bash last week, they stepped out with Joe this weekend.
Joe, Kim and Khloé (along with her new Laker boyfriend Lamar Odom) all hit up Playhouse on Saturday night.
"They had a table and drank Veuve," a clubgoer tells E! News. "Joe was sitting with them all night. He was spotted talking Khloé's ear off the whole time."
Perhaps he was trying to explain his side of the story?

Brody & Jayde: How They're Doing Post-Joe Francis

Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole aren't about to let last week's brawl with Joe Francis get the best of them.
"I saw both of them yesterday," their Hills costar Lo Bosworth told us this morning. "They're both doing OK. They love each other so much, and the support of each other is going to get them through this."
She added, "They're taking it one day at a time. I really think everything's going to work out."
But we won't be reliving the Francis feud on any upcoming episodes of MTV's pseudo-reality soap...
Detectives Go to the Videotape for Francis-Jenner Smackdown

Was Girls Gone Wildman Joe Francis the innocent casualty of a club clubbing? Was former Playmate Jayde Nicole the instigator or victim? And was her boyfriend, Brody Jenner, the bastion or chivalry or a sneak attacker?
It's up to Los Angeles' finest to sort out.
Sgt. Kristin Aloma of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's West Hollywood Division tells E! News that the Guys & Dolls nightclub has handed over security camera footage that may determine whether any of the fun bunch did anything criminal.
"Our detective is reviewing the footage," says Aloma, adding that the department is still trying to track down everyone involved in the incident.
What we do know for sure is that the threesome got into a scrum last Friday, prompting Nicole to file a police complaint while Francis hit the interview circuit to proclaim his innocence and threaten legal action.
Kim & Khloé Bid Brody a Happy B-Day, Jayde MIA
Since Brody Jenner spent his actual birthday in the hospital sidelined with appendicitis, he threw himself a belated bash last night.
Stepsibs Kim, Rob and Khloé all came out for the party held at new Hollywood nightclub MI6. Khloé even had a date for the night: L.A. Laker Lamar Odom. Special guest rapper Too Short performed for the crew.
Asked what kind of present she brought for Brody, Kim revealed she came empty-handed. "Not here. Not at a club," she said of her gift. "I'll give it to him at home."
Brody, meanwhile, avoided all media and sneaked away to his party bus after the club.

Jayde Nicole Says Joe Francis "Attacked From Behind," Wants Cops to Take the Lead

Joe Francis claims he was sucker punched. But Jayde Nicole insists it's Francis who prefers to take the cheap shots.
"Jayde Nicole was the victim of a violent assault when she was attacked from behind, thrown down to the ground by her hair and beaten in the face and body in front of multiple witnesses by a person identified as Joe Francis," her rep, Jerry Shandrew, said in a statement Monday.
Shandrew says that the Playboy Playmate will not be talking too much while authorities investigate the rumble that occurred early Friday between Francis, Nicole and her boyfriend, Brody Jenner, outside a Hollywood club. Instead, they'd rather the police be the ones making all the noise.
Noting that Nicole filed a police report immediately afterward and has been cooperating with the cops, Shandrew added, "Because of the ongoing criminal investigation of Mr. Francis, it will be inappropriate to comment further at this time out of respect for the law enforcement process."
Of course, Nicole's version of the story couldn't be any different from Francis', as he has admitted to maybe a bit of hair pulling and denied everything else.

Brody Jenner can't catch a break lately.
Just days after undergoing emergency surgery on his birthday to have his appendix removed (more on that after the jump), his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, was allegedly beaten at Hollywood nightclub Guys & Dolls by Girls Gone Wild troublemaker boss Joe Francis.
"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason!" Brody posted on his Twitter page very early this morning. "Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her. What does that say about him?"

We rarely feel sorry for Brody Jenner, a rich Malibu hottie who stars on The Hills...but today is an exception.
See, it just so happens to be Brody's 26th birthday.
And instead of spending it downing shots of Patrón and popping bottles of Dom Perignon at a Hollywood hot spot, he's getting surgery in the hospital.
"Spending my bday in the hospital... This sucks," he twittered.
But it's not all bad news for the Brodster. His Playmate ladyfriend Jayde Nicole is there to give him TLC.
"@jayde_Nicole and I sitting around at the hospital waiting for me to go under the knife :(" he later tweeted.
