Usher Can Say "Yeah!" to the Single Life
The paper trail may have been long but at least they're all signed.
Usher and Tameka Foster finalized their divorce on Wednesday.
The star first made his confessions filed for divorce in June, citing "irreconcilable differences" and declaring they had lived apart for nearly a year and that the marriage was "irretrievably broken."
The 31-year-old star married the stylist in August 2007, and their son, Usher Raymond V, was born a few months later. Their second son, Naviyd Ely Raymond, arrived in December 2008.
Usher filed for joint custody, but the arrangements have not been made public.

Hailey's "Indifferent," So Jon Gosselin's Single?
Maybe Jon Gosselin should give Hailey Glassman a call once he's retethered to his "moral anchor."
A day after apologizing in every direction for his recent misguided behavior, a source tells E! News that the father of eight and his 22-year-old girlfriend are "taking a break."
A rep for Gosselin had no comment on any of the stories swirling today about the duo splitting up.
Another insider close to them says that Glassman has always been "very indifferent and noncommittal. And this isn't the first time she said she can't take it anymore."
No, it isn't. Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate Gosselin's tummy tuck after the eight had all arrived, told The Insider recently that her man threw "mantrums," and that she "shouldn't have to put up with being emotionally abused."
"Sometimes he has trouble with the truth, and he will dance and dance around his lies. He's like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him."
Well, it was Jekyll who reared his head yesterday.
Rosie O'Donnell Thinks She and Angelina Jolie Almost Happened
How does one choose between Brad Pitt and Rosie O'Donnell?
We're not sure we know (or want to know), but at some point Angelina Jolie was faced with that conflict. At least, according to Rosie.
The talk-show icon blabbed to Howard Stern on Sirius XM radio about a time before she was married to Kelli Carpenter and Angelina had tied the knot with Billy Bob Thornton. A romance, she claimed, was a-bloomin'.
"She gave me her phone number," Rosie said. "We talked on the phone two or three times, but that was that. There was a tentative plan to have dinner that never came through."
Fear got the best of Rosie and she wasn't able to seal the deal.
"I was a little afraid of her," she said. "She's scary in a sexual kind of way. I have dreams about her a lot still."
We'd say TMI, but our jaws are still on the floor.
The erstwhile Lara Croft isn't the only bone the flower picked during the interview. She also offered some insight into the rocky state of affairs of her marriage, as well as her thoughts on the relationship between Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King.
Are Justin and Jessica Making It Work?
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel—are they or aren't they dating?
Despite Justin looking rather single the last couple of weeks, usually solo or partying with a bevy of non-Biel babes, the rocky couple was full of cuddles last night.
But was it with each other?
Love Not Looking So Rosie for O'Donnell and Wife?
Rosie O'Donnell's television career isn't the only thing on the rocks. Apparently, so is her relationship.
The 47-year-old star confirms to USA Today that she and longtime partner Kelli Carpenter, 42, are having "issues," but refuses to officially call the couple kaput, even if the National Enquirer says otherwise.
"Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues," she told the newspaper as tears allegedly welled in her eyes. "Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties."
The two, who married in San Francisco in 2004 and have battled breakup rumors in recent years, are keeping their problems quiet solely for the sake of their four children: Parker, 14, Chelsea, 12, Blake, 9, and Vivienne, 6.
"They are a family and will remain a family forever and are working through their issues," Rosie's rep reiterates to E! News. "Nothing else will be said."

Avril Lavigne Gets a Roomie
Perhaps this is the best damn thing to make divorce feel less complicated.
A week after filing papers to dissolve her marriage to Sum 41 hubby Deryck Whibley, Avril Lavigne is keeping herself occupied by spending time with several girlfriends, including one who has actually moved into the singer's home to help her get over the breakup.
"They've been having sleepovers and doing girlie stuff like watching movies, baking cupcakes and having girl talk," a source tells E! News. "She's in the process of healing."
And while reports have circulated that Avril is back on the dating scene, her rep has yet to respond to E!'s request for a comment.
Although, from the looks of things, it's probably safe to say there isn't a Sk8er Boi, or any boys, at this time.

Justin and Jessica: Can Mom's Wishful Thinking Save Relationship?
Justin Timberlake was swinging solo in Sin City this weekend, but his mom, Lynn Harless, insists he's not on the market.
When E! News asked what kind of lady she'd like to see her son with, Harless said, "The one he's with now is awesome."
We're assuming she means Jessica Biel, despite the recent breakup chatter.
"He's found someone that'll golf with him, give him a hard time when he deserves it and stand up to him," Lynn continued.
Justin was in Vegas to host a golf tournament and all-star benefit concert for a good cause, Shriners Hospitals for Children, featuring the likes of Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, Timbaland, TLC, Ciara and Jay Sean.
But he also made plenty of time for partying in Sin City—sans Jessica...

OMG! Did Hailey Glassman Just Dump Jon Gosselin?
Sorry may not have been the hardest word for Jon Gosselin to say on last night's Larry King Live sitdown (he said it enough times to dispel that notion), but it certainly seemed to be the hardest word for Hailey Glassman to hear.
"Its time 2 move on This drama has taken over my life, nevermind the entire like world So beyond stressful. Like living in a state of paranoia!" she tweeted this morning.
Despite how that sounds, Glassman, who watched her beau's prime-time appearance from New York and did not accompany him to Los Angeles for the taping, says that she and Gosselin haven't split up—though it may be fair to say the duo did ever-so-briefly hit a rough patch.
"We are not broken up," she exclusively tells E! News. "People don't break up via Twitter."
But they do tweet their grievances...

Fresh Dish on Justin and Jessica
Us Weekly's new cover story reports that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have finally called it quits, but is it true?
Doesn't look good:
Supposedly, J.T. dumped Ms. Biel on that very fine ass of hers, and Jess is having a hard time accepting it...even though sources tell E! News they were spotted holding hands just a few days ago.
We all know there has been some mayjah speculation about Justin's extracurricular activities, what with the ever-reliable Lindsay Lohan twittering J.T. was cheating (oh wait, she was just "hacked") on Biel while out clubbing in New York. And then there was that delicious rumor that Timberlake and Rihanna were making a helluva lot more than just sweet music together.
So what's the deal? Have Justin & Jessica finally decided to leaving dating-dullville?

Maksim & Karina Emmys Fight: "It Got Kind of Loud"
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff may have looked fab onstage, but things weren't quite in step behind the scenes.
An insider reports the ex-couple exchanged some heated words before and after their performance.
"They were going at it, screaming at each other," an eyewitness tells me. "He said she was taking too long in hair and makeup. It got kind of loud."
Backstage at the Lipton Green Vitali Tea gift lounge, questions about the breakup were off-limits, but Karina said she couldn't be happier with their dance routine...
Avril Lavigne & Hubby Go Separate Ways
So much for Avril Lavigne's happy ending.
The punky pop princess has confirmed what the rumor mill already knew—she and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley are separating after three years of marriage.
"Deryck and I have been together for 6 and a half years," read a statement on Lavigne's website.
"We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship.
"I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note. Thank you to all my family, friends and fans for all your support."
Well, what did you think Lavigne was going to say? "I'm sick of this s--t, don't ask why"?
