The glamour gal that is Ms. Fergie was spotted leaving the Cartier Fifth Avenue flagship store today sporting what the Dutchess might classify as the mere essentials:

Granted, she looks gorgeous, but basic math and common sense tells us that wearing $55,330 worth of jewels while walking around the Big Apple are the equivalent of a "Mug Me!" sign.
