Presenting the O'Connell-Romijn Twins, Courtesy of Uncle Charlie

There's nothing like having a cool aunt or a namesake uncle to fawn over you. Or, to flash your picture to the media.

Charlie O'Connell, whose older brother, Jerry, is the proud papa of newborn twin daughters with wife Rebecca Romijn, gave E! News a peek at some pics he took on his cell phone of nieces Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip, who were born Dec. 28.

"It feels real great," O'Connell said about being an uncle during a break from browsing the goods at Kari Feinstein's Style Lounge. "I love it. They're so much fun. My brother is a good changer—of diapers, that is. I'm just real excited."

As for the new mom, the former Bachelor star said he last saw Rebecca hanging around in pajamas, just "doing what she's doing."

So when she abandons the PJs, will Uncle Charlie be called upon to babysit?

"I don't necessarily know if I'm qualified to babysit at the moment," he said. "But I hope when they're 1, 2, 3—then we can start having sleepovers, and that's when the fun begins...That's what I'm looking to be, is the fun uncle."
