Alyssa Milano Uses Charms, Gets Engaged

Alyssa Milano isn't the Boss. She's the bride!
The Charmed actress and CAA talent agent David Bugliari became engaged Dec. 18 after dating for more than a year, her rep tells E! News.
Milano, who recently was featured in a nine-episode arc on My Name Is Earl, was once engaged to Party of Five star Scott Wolf and had an 11-month marriage to singer-songwriter Cinjun Tate in 1999.
No word yet on a wedding date...or an appearance by Tony Danza.
