Lindsay Lohan Shows the "REAL me" in Blog

There's nothing like a Lindsay Lohan MySpace blog entry to brighten our day. It really doesn't have to be about anything, either.
Like yesterday, when she blogged that she was too tired to blog and then gave Britney a shout-out. It was just comforting to know that somewhere out there, Lohan is hunched over her computer jamming to B. Spears.
She then followed up yesterday's quickie post with today’s blog, in which she realizes how much power she wields with a MySpace blog...
On the surface, the latest rant is Linds stating once again, “i'm with my girl,” after a day of the paparazzi—or, as she calls them, “stalkerazzi”—questioning her about Sam’s whereabouts.
She writes: “they should just stop asking altogether, once and for all if she and i are broken up because frankly, if we ever ever did...i would say it before they could even think of asking.” In fact, Lindsay says she would probably make the announcement on MySpace.
This gets her thinking and she stumbles upon one of the greatest aspects of the celebrity blog that is often overlooked. She can use MySpace to “prove all the liars wrong.” And it's not just about shooting down rumors, either. She realizes she “can use myspace and just let everyone know what's really going on. which is so much more fun! cuz now, people can get to know the REAL [her].”
And her stream-of-consciousness rants against Facebook or how she feels like an animal on display at the Bronx Zoo really do come across as genuine and real, unlike some celebrity blogs out there.
There’s only one thing she’s wrong about. Now that she possesses the power of MySpace, she imagines that “the people that make s--t up must really feel silly, embarrassed, out of stories, scr*w*d, f*ck*d, punk'd, and so much more.” We don’t feel that way at all, actually. Reading blogs straight from the Lohan herself is so much more interesting than whatever stupid rumor is making the rounds this week.
In fact, we feel the same way as Lindsay: “yay!”
