Another Arrest Warrant out for a Rehabbing DMX

If DMX is anything, it's consistent.
For the third time in 2008, an arrest warrant was issued Friday for the beleaguered rapper after he missed a court date.
This morning's hearing was meant to address the 13 felonies he's accused of committing, including animal cruelty, drug possession and identity theft.
The Cradle 2 the Grave star's attorney, Charles Kozelka, told the judge that his client is currently at an undisclosed rehab facility, but that did not stop Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp from upping DMX's bond to $120,000 and ordering that the sum must be paid in its entirety, in cash.
DMX (real name Earl Simmons) was last in Phoenix police custody in September after being extradited from Miami, where he was busy copping a plea for attempting to buy marijuana and cocaine from an undercover cop.
