Warrant Out for Cusack Stalker

John Cusack best be on the lookout.
A Los Angeles judge has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Emily Leatherman, the woman who last month pleaded no contest to stalking the High Fidelity star, after she allegedly violated a protection order, E! News has learned.
The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office announced in court that Leatherman, 33, disobeyed the restraining order prohibiting her from coming anywhere near Cusack's home or businesses for the next 10 years. Consequently, authorities put out the APB.
"We revoked probation last week and issued a bench warrant for her arrest," said a court clerk.
No word on the nature of the transgression, other than it violated the terms of the plea bargain Leatherman struck a month ago that saw her escape jail time.
In return for pleading no contest to one felony count of stalking, the L.A.-area transient received five years' probation, mandatory psychiatric counseling and the order of protection.
Leatherman was arrested after milling about the 42-year-old actor's Malibu residence back in March in defiance of a three-year restraining order Cusack took out against her. He alleged she had been stalking him for over a year and a half, including throwing love letters over his fence and threatening to hurt herself if he didn't respond.
