Everything's coming up rosy for Lily Allen. Finally.

The British singing ingenue turned unwilling tabloid target has finally set a date for her long-gestating sophomore album, with It's Not Me, It's You due for release Feb. 10.

The 12-track album, produced by Alright, Still mainstay Greg Kurstin, comes more than two years after Allen's debut.

"We decided to try and make bigger-sounding, more ethereal songs, real songs," Allen says, noting that the album will run the genre gamut from jazz era to country to dance music. "I wanted to work with one person from start to finish to make it one body of work.

"I wanted it to feel like it had some sort of integrity. I think I've grown up a bit as a person, and I hope it reflects that."

Last month Allen assured fans that her new album would be worth the longer-than-expected wait.

"I am trying really hard to do this album with integrity and I want you all to know that it has been thought about by me, not just some thrown together last minute industry bullshizz," she wrote on her MySpace page.

"I hope you'll all love it as much as I do."

Thanks to this year's resolution of her ongoing visa problems, Allen plans to launch a U.S. tour in support of the album next spring.
