So, B.R., what's the biggest difference between playing J.L.'s lover as opposed to playing the man of steel? "Lots of things," said Routhie. "No tights, no cape. It was a chance for me to do a comedy...I always wanted to do more." Ya mean playing the most boring superhero created didn't satisfy you creatively as an actor? Maybe your role in Zack and Miri woulda made more sense in a Bryan Singer superhero movie; lord knows he morphed the X-Men franchise into a metaphor for coming out of the closet.
So how much would it take for you to do full frontal in a film? Bran gave us a hearty laugh before answering, "Thankfully, I have not even had to think about entertaining that question." Sorry, ladies and gents, this hunk's staying hidden in his clothing.
