Chris Kattan's Marriage Kaput

Ain't no Sunshine for Chris Kattan.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has signed off on the divorce of the former Saturday Night Live funnyman from his wife of just two months, model Sunshine Tutt.
The judge approved the split Oct. 10, though the marriage won't officially be terminated until after the standard six-month waiting period, on Feb. 22, 2009. (View the divorce judgment)
There's no word on the terms of the duo's divorce settlement, though Tutt's attorney, Ron Richards, told E! News that the prenuptial agreement signed five days before the wedding was not enforced.
"The premarital agreement was challenged by Tutt and then abandoned by Kattan," he said.
The 37-year-old comic and 32-year-old Tutt announced their separation back in August, just eight weeks after their June 28 vow swap in front an SNL alum-heavy guest list. The duo first coupled up back in 2005.
