• Cheesy TV may have saved DJ AM's life. He says jumping out of the Learjet fireball was like Miami Vice, "where a car is on fire and you run before the gas tank explodes—we gotta get out of here!"

• The Beek's going back to the Creek! James Van Der Beek will be in Wilmington, N.C., this month to shoot an episode of One Tree Hill. If only we could get Joey Potter to join him.

• Avril Lavigne says things are just peachy keen between her and Deryck Whibley. "We have so much in common and get along all of the time." Uh-huh.

• The Jennifer Aniston-John Mayer reunion tour continues, this time with a PDA-packed stop at Tower Bar. This can't end well, can it?
