Mel B, Hubby Involved in Scary Airport Brawl

Sometimes it really is scary being a Spice.
Melanie "Mel B" Brown is recovering after a close encounter of the freaky kind following her arrival Sunday at London's Heathrow Airport.
Brown, accompanied by husband Stephen Belafonte and 18-month-old daughter Angel, were making their way through Terminal 3 when an unidentified 22-year-old man accosted them.
The man, who had been railing against some airport paparazzi, turned around as Brown's family tried to squeeze past and, according to British media reports, shouted at Belafonte, "I'll get a knife and stab you."
An eyewitness told Britain's Daily Mirror that the two men exchanged shoves before nearly a dozen armed police arrived to quell the disturbance.
No charges were filed against Belafonte, a 33-year-old film director, or Brown, also 33. Authorities, however, arrested their assailant for threatening behavior.
Although witnesses reported Brown as bursting into tears, her rep tells the Daily Mail that everyone's A-OK. "It was quite a scary situation but Mel and Stephen and the baby are fine."
The singer was back in Britain to be a presenter at the MOBO Awards Wednesday night at Wembley Arena.
