The Jonas Brothers Cowboy Up

The Jonas Brothers just scored.

The singing siblings are set to provide the live halftime entertainment for the Dallas Cowboys matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27. The game, a tradition as much as the post-turkey nap, could probably use a boost of Jo de vivre, especially considering the Seahawks are currently 1-4 this season.

But more than just candying your yams, the brothers aim to do good as well: They'll kick off the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Christmas Campaign, which raises money (last year $118 million!) to feed, clothe and provide toys to nearly 29 million Americans.

In years past, the talent has included Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Sheryl Crow, Destiny's Child, Toby Keith, LeAnn Rimes, Creed, Jessica Simpson, Billy Gillman, Clint Black, Randy Travis and Reba McEntire.

The brothers seem aware of the company they are in.

"I was born in Dallas, which makes performing with my brothers at the Cowboys Halftime on Thanksgiving an in credible honor," said Nick Jonas, who was echoed by his brothers Joe and Kevin in a statement.

Now let's hope the Seahawks come ready to perform, too.
