Looks like Meat Loaf came down with a case of the Janet Jacksons.

The classic rocker has been discharged from a London hospital after undergoing three days of "testing and evaluation" for an undisclosed ailment…not that it was all that undisclosed earlier in the week.

The Bat Out of Hell singer was admitted to the London Clinic on Monday night, going directly to the private hospital after a literally trippy appearance at the Q Awards, where he was honored with the Classic Song gong for his 1979 hit.

"I've got to go to the doctor right after this is over," Meat Loaf, who at one point during the show nearly fell off the stage, told press on the red carpet before entering the ceremony.

"I suffer from vertigo. I woke up this morning in a spinning vertigo. When you wake up and the room starts moving around on you, you know you're in trouble."

While keeping quiet on any potential diagnosis, the 57-year-old star's publicist, Kirt Webster, said that the singer has nevertheless been cleared by doctors to travel to the U.S., where he's due to perform at a handful of gigs in Florida next week.
