Another day, another round of Chinese whispers.

We'll have to see—or, rather, hear—it to believe it, but sources tell E! News  that Chinese Democracy, the comically delayed Guns N' Roses album, will finally be released Nov. 23, exactly 15 years to the day since their last release, The Spaghetti Incident?

The album will be available exclusively at Best Buy on the date—a Sunday, rather than the usual album release day of Tuesday—and will be preceded by two singles. "Shackler's Revenge" debuted last month as part of the Rock Band 2 video game, while "If the World" plays over the closing credits of the Leonardo DiCaprio-Russell Crowe thriller Body of Lies, in theaters today.

Uh, Dr Pepper? Consider your bluff called.

What do you think? Will Axl's industry punchline album make good on its release date?
