K-Fed: Better Off Dad

While Britney Spears shined up the ratings this week on How I Met Your Mother, her former better half is living more of a real-life Father Knows Best scenario. At least to hear Kevin Federline tell it, in a touchy-feely interview with In Touch Weekly:
I’m going to be the best role model for my kids. And if that example helps other young, single dads who might be going through the same experiences that I am right now, it would be a great compliment.
Of course, those other young single dads might be hard-pressed to land a cash cow like K-Fed’s ex, but we’ll give him provisional props anyhow for talking the talk and walking the walk—or run, as the case may be.
“I spend most of the day chasing my kids around the house,” Kevin tells ITW. “Their needs define my schedule every day.”
And Papa PopoZão also mans up when it comes to his ladies. “I will always love the mothers of my children, and I will always be there for both of them,” says Federline, who also has two kids with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.
OK, this supersensitive male stuff may be just a line, but color us impressed. We’re starting to understand more of K-Fed’s "luck" with the ladies: It’s not just good fortune or looks—he’s a genuinely smooth operator.
