Calvin Klein Won't Pull Eva Mendes Out of Her Panties

Calvin Klein is making Eva Mendes the spokesbutt for his underwear line.

Mendes already shills for the designer’s fragrance, and Calvin Klein officials say they’re not backing away from the Hitch hottie just because the troubled starlet recently spent a little time in rehab.

“We were already in one [fragrance] campaign when it [rehab] occurred, and it did not affect our decision making for the underwear campaign,” a Calvin Klein exec said.

Plus, the guys in marketing worked really hard on a mnemonic device for the two campaigns: Eva Mendes wants to sniff your underwear.

OK, maybe it was really us that worked hard on that phrase. And OK, maybe we have the humor of an 8-year-old.
