Ashley Olsen Dons Her Emo Best to Hold Hands with Jared Leto

We finally have an explanation for why Ashley Olsen put on her best emo costume for this past Saturday's Art of Elysium gala in L.A.: She totally wanted to hook up with Jared Leto.

The ex-lovers were spotted holding hands (gasp!), making out (no!) and looking coupley (stop!) at the event. However, according to an Us Weekly insider, "They aren't back together. They're friends." And we're inclined to believe that. 

After all, it doesn't matter that he was once Jordan Catalano. The dude has gone so far into the guylining, hair-dying 30 Seconds to Mars thing there's no coming back.

Ash is way over that, but that's not to say a makeout session on a lonely night is out of the question.
