We're on Board the Zefron Love Train

Zac Efron, Details Magazine Steven Klein for Details Magazine

We're kind of digging Zac Efron's Details cover, especially the pushed-back bangs.

However, we loved it even more after reading the profile, which made us happier than watching "Bet On It" over and over. He came off as a completely humble, squeaky-clean teen idol who just loves to sing and dance. Although he would prefer to do so without the taunts from the paparazzi:

“These days everyone is just waiting for me to f--k up. I’m not gonna give anyone the satisfaction of that.”

You tell 'em, Z!

He didn't even take the reporter's bait to hate on Perez Hilton for relentlessly calling him gay: “Honestly, if the worst he can say about me is that I’m gay, then I think I’ll be fine. I can handle it.”

Call us naive, but we totally buy this image of Zac. We ran into him at a Santa Monica bowling alley this past Friday night, and he was just chilling with nonfamous friends, graciously posing with fans and doing a mediocre job of knocking down those pins. Totally nice, totally pretty, totally normal.

So, we're with you tweeners: The Zefron is pretty awesome.
