Silly Lawyer Man, Britney Doesn't Know What Fourth Grade Is Like

K-Fed lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is so superpissed at Britney.

We can't really blame him, either. Brit's magical illness that kept her out of Wednesday's deposition and her subsequent miraculous recovery is enough to anger any top lawyer trying to complete the most impossible custody battle ever. 

Kaplan laments to Extra, "This was a court-ordered proceeding, so it's a serious thing. It's not like fourth grade, where you get a doctor's note and it's all okay."

Burn!

As if Britney would even know what fourth grade is like. Didn't she go immediately from the womb to the stage? Thanks, Mama Spears!
