Clooney vs. Fabio—New Evidence

Surprise, surprise. The woman taking photos of Fabio at Madeo's restaurant (the original act that offended George Clooney and nearly led to a brawl) managed to snap this shot of the actor giving the finger.

Now, the photo's become the property of TMZ and is racing across the Internet faster than Clooney could score our digits.

But if the beefcake's camp was hoping this candid shot might generate some sympathy for the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter model, they guessed wrong. 

George was right. He could be seen in the photos. Not only that, we gotta assume Fabio's snap-happy dinner companion was paid for this pic.

This whole thing stinks like a setup.
