Heidi's (Not So) Shocking Confession

Heidi Montag has finally owned up to the bigger breasts and smaller nose she magically developed between season two and three of The Hills.
L.C.'s archenemy says she was so troubled by her breast size she had no choice but to get plastic surgery. She admits, "I was less than an A-cup. I wore push-up bras, which cut into my skin…if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her!"
Fiancée Spencer, of course, was conveniently left off her list of reasons.
Heidi's not an idiot, though—she did realize that surgery can be dangerous, saying she thought, "Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly."
The girl has a point—dying for larger breasts would be kind of tragically poetic.
And while it's the most obvious news ever that Heidi went under the knife, what actually surprises us was how much detail she gives Us Weekly about her recovery. She says it was really hard to move after surgery ("It was a big deal for me to take myself to the bathroom"). She still has to ice her nose because it swells and confides that exercising is risky because it can cause internal bleeding.
And filed under the You Know You Want to Know, there's this nugget: "It was a while before Spencer and I could have sex."
Well, except for that last one, it all sounds pretty terrible. So, it seems we'd better find some other way to get over our self-esteem issues—a Beverly Hills shopping spree, perhaps, or a new hairstyle...or we could always start a sex-tape rumor about an ex-BFF?

While Heidi's boss Brent Bolthouse was spinning records at the Intermix store opening on trendy Robertson Boulevard last night, the now buxom blonde was nowhere to be seen, according to our eyes on the scene Hollywood Party Girl.
It seems organizers preferred to have Whitney, Audrina and L.C. on their VIP list, and we all know you can't have both. Ouch!
