Batten down the hatches, y'all! Britney Spears has been charged with two misdemeanor counts (driving without a valid license and a hit-and-run causing property damage) in Los Angeles County. Spears could face up to six months of jail time per count and is set for arraignment on Oct. 10.
Spears, photographed earlier today en route to the legal offices of her newest attorney, Sorrell Trope, has lots of reasons to be weepy, like friends and family potentially wanting her back in rehab.
