Sandy Bullock is hands-down one of the best interviews in Hollywood. She's a big star and an accomplished producer, but she still carries herself like any down-to-earth, genuinely cool person.

She even told me that she and her husband, biker Jesse James, watch The Daily 10 every Friday for the Lyons Den, so they know which movies to see. How crazy is that?! What's really dope is that she actually goes to the movies. So few people do in this town, something that really bothers me.

Now, interviewing her Premonition costar Amber Valletta was a tough, tough assignment. Keeping focused. Remembering what to say. Not drooling.

And Nip/Tuck guy Julian McMahon was also a lot of fun. We talked Australia, some Fantastic Four. Anyway, check the clip to see what he and the rest of the cast told me about Sandy's twisty psychological thriller.
