J.Lo Expecting a Boy and a Girl?

Will it be a little boy and a little girl for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony?

That's what I'm hearing.

A source close to the couple tells me J.Lo is definitely pregnant with twins—and that they are a boy and a girl.

As we know, Lopez and her husband haven’t even officially confirmed they're expecting, but friends like fashion designer Roberto Cavalli have been less than secretive.

Cavalli recently told People magazine that it’s been “complicated” designing J.Lo’s clothes for her and Anthony’s current concert tour because of her growing baby bump. On top of that, it’s been widely reported that Lopez is pregnant with twins.

I'm told that during her baby shopping sprees, Ms. Lopez has been stocking up on blue things for boys and pink for girls.

As for gifts, I’m told Lopez and Anthony have most likely registered at more than one place and have not—no surprise here—used their real names.
