Jimmy Fallon Pops the Question

Here's a weekend update from Jimmy Fallon: He's getting married.

The former Saturday Night Live star popped the question to his girlfriend, film producer Nancy Juvonen, on Friday at her family's home on Lake Winnipesaukee, his rep confirmed to E! News.

Fallon opted for a one-of-a-kind emerald cut diamond ring from Neil Lane to woo his bride-to-be, a spokesperson for the jewelry designer said.

The couple have not yet set a wedding date. It's the first engagement for both.

Juvonen, 40, co-owns Flower Films with Drew Barrymore, her close friend and producing partner of more than a decade.

She worked with both Fallon and Barrymore on 2005's Fever Pitch and also produced 50 First Dates, Music and Lyrics, Charlie's Angels and the upcoming He's Just Not That Into You.

Since leaving SNL in 2004, Fallon has been touted as a possible Late Night successor to Conan O'Brien when the latter takes over the Tonight Show from Jay Leno in 2009.

He recently completed filming on the comedy Rockett, opposite Sharon Stone.
