Britney the Paparazzi Slayer?

Britney Spears just wrapped up her divorce court docket—now, her lawyers can tend to a brand-new headache.

A paparazzo who made headlines last week for getting into a dustup with the singer and her bodyguard in Las Vegas says he is gearing up to sue the erstwhile pop princess for allegedly chucking a baby bottle at his colleague and threatening to kill him during the Sin City smackdown.

In a statement issued by his attorney, Flynet photographer Andrew Deetz, who was on Spears-chronicling duty with fellow agency cameraman Kyle Henderson at the Wynn Hotel & Casino spa last Thursday, alleges that they were taking pictures of Spears and her boys on the resort's premises at around 11:30 a.m., when the singer's two bodyguards suddenly turned on them.

One of Spears' bodyguards, Julio "J.C." Camera, pushed 23-year-old Henderson against a wall until casino security intervened.

Deetz now claims that after security broke up the miniskirmish between Camera and Henderson, the two photogs began walking away from the Spears party, only to have Camera launch a sneak attack, hurling himself at Deetz from behind.

Deetz claims he was punched and kicked by Camera until security guards once again managed to pull the burly detail away, allegations that appear to be corroborated by photos Flynet released of the incident, showing Deetz curled up on the pavement with Camera looming over him, arm seemingly cocked.

He says that at that point Spears, too, wanted in on the paparazzi-punishing action. He alleges the pop star attempted to run up to Henderson, only to be stopped by security. When she was unable to reach him, she hurled a baby bottle toward him instead.

With what Deetz described as a substantial crowd gathering around the fracas, Spears then launched into a cuss-filled tirade, telling him he ought to get a restraining order against her, because she was either going to kill him herself or find someone who would do the job for her.

"I'm going to kill you!" she allegedly yelled.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police on Wednesday released a recording of the call between a Wynn staffer to a dispatcher, in which the casino employee confirms one of the photographers received treatment from paramedics.

"We had a fight with one of our ultra high-profile guests...The paparazzi did suffer head images from the bodyguard of the high-profile," the Wynn employee says. He never identifies Spears by name during the minute-long recording. (Listen to the recording.)

When police arrived to the scene, they cited Camera for misdemeanor battery.

For her part, Spears filed a crime report of her own, alleging Camera was simply acting in defense of her and 22-month-old Sean Preston, whom she claims was hit with Henderson's camera.

Neither she nor her lawyer, Gary Stiffelman, has commented on the photographers' new allegations.

According to 24-year-old Deetz, Spears' version of events is not only false, it's grossly incomplete.

He says that three days before the incident, on July 23, he was snapping Spears pic outside the Lisa Kline boutique on Los Angeles' trendy Robertson Boulevard.

In his statement, Deetz claims Camera came up to him outside the shop and said, "I have unfinished business with you."
