It's not Miller time for Sean "Diddy" Combs. And it's also no longer Porter time.

The hip-hop mogul has split with Kim Porter, his on-again, off-again partner of 10 years and three-time baby mama, the singer's publicist confirmed Tuesday to E! News.

According to Porter, she initated the breakup.

"After 10 years, I have decided to end my on-again/off-again relationship with Sean 'Diddy' Combs," she said in a statement to The Insider.

"In ending this relationship, I made a decision that was in the best interest of myself, Sean and our family. I look forward to moving on with my life and my career, and wish him prosperity, health and happiness in life and in love," the 35-year-old model said.

"We will remain friends and committed parents to our children."

While neither party is revealing the cause of the separation, the rapper has shot down persistent reports that a third party triggered the split, denying in particular that his relationship with Sienna Miller has been anything more than platonic.

Last week, the New York Post reported that Porter had moved out of the New York apartment she shared with the 37-year-old Bad Boy mogul and was en route to new Los Angeles digs with son Christian, 9, and seven-month-old twin daughters, D'Lila and Jessie James.

Porter also has a teenage son, Quincy, from a previous relationship, while Combs has teenage son, Justin, with Misa Hylton-Brim.

Of course, Porter and Combs know from breakups, having first called off their relationship in 1999, sparking a legal battle over child support for their oldest son. Diddy had a two-year relationship with Jennifer Lopez before getting back together with Porter in 2003.

As for Miller, the alleged other woman, the Britain-Bronx pairing first made headlines in the New York gossip sheets when she and Combs were spotted clubbing in Gotham and then retreating to a hotel in the early morning hours.

Reports of a romance resurfaced last week, when the duo appeared to look cozy at festivities surrounding the Concert for Diana in London, where Miller introduced an act and Diddy performed his hit "I'll Be Missing You."

British tabs published pictures of the pals both dining at London's tony Cipriani's after the concert, with Diddy serenading the Factory Girl star as an unidentified member of their dining party looked on.

Shortly afterward came the denials.

"I am in love with someone, but not Puff Daddy," Miller said. "He's just a good friend. Anyway, he has a beautiful girlfriend."

Diddy also chimed in: "We all hang out together but there's no more to it than that." He explained away his alleged New York romp with Jude Law's ex by claiming he was simply "being a gentleman" and escorting her back to her door.
