K-Fed Puts Kibosh on Procreation Prattle
For the time being at least the world has been spared a fifth Federline.
A rep for Britney Spears' undoubtedly virile ex-husband has denied a report that Kevin Federline ready to spawn again with another former flame, Shar Jackson.
"It's not true at all," said publicist Marilyn Lopez.
The rumor was born Wednesday morning, when the New York Post's Cindy Adams reported that Jackson was not only entering her seventh week of pregnancy, but that Federline had no idea she was with child.
Adams included in her item a detail supplied by the always credible Star magazine—that Jackson was hoping the new arrival would bring her family back to its pre-Britney salad days.
But Jackson, too, is shooting down the stork report.
"There is absolutely no action going on in my uterus," she told E! News' Ryan Seacrest. "I heard you have to have sex to actually get pregnant. No. It’s not happening. And I just got a tummy tuck a few months. And I don’t want to ruin my new body."
Asked how she thought the speculation got started, Jackson replied: "It’s unfortunate that some people have a problem that I’m cool with my ex, my kids’ father."
The pregnancy rumor is just the latest fake Federline tidbit to spring up in recent weeks, with items linking the alleged rapper both with Jackson and the newly sober Spears.
For now, Federline, 29, plays father to four kids: daughter Kori, 4, and son Kaleb, 2, with Jackson, and sons Sean, 21 months, and Jayden, nine months, with Spears.
As for other rumors in dire need of debunking, a spokesperson for Fox Searchlight films, says that Federline will not, despite several reports otherwise, be appearing alongside Keanu Reeves, Forest Whitaker and Hugh Laurie in the upcoming film The Night Watchman.
