Laguna Beach Bum Arrested Again

Guess who didn't have a happy Easter.

Laguna Beach and The Hills alum Jason Wahler was arrested for the fourth time in the past nine months in Seattle early Sunday, this time tagged with criminal trespassing and assault after allegedly launching into a racist and homophobic tirade against a police officer.

Wahler may not have made the most of his 15 minutes of fame, but he's certainly making headway on his infamy.

According to a police report of the incident obtained by E! News, the 20-year-old MTV vet was arrested at Seattle's Waterfront Marriott just after 2 a.m., after he and two friends got into a fight in the hotel's lobby.

Per the arresting officer, identified in the police report as "C. DePina," the scuffle began, and police were called, at 12:32 a.m., when Wahler and two other hotel guests were found alternately wrestling and restraining one another in the lobby. (View the PDF file of the police report.)

Hotel security then told Wahler's crew to leave the premises, at which point Wahler reportedly "became hostile," "yelled and cursed" and got in the man's face "in a threatening manner." He soon turned his attention back to his sparring partner, however, whom he proceeded to shove in the chest "with both hands" and subsequently punch in the mouth, per the report.

Wahler was restrained by the third member of his trio and, once out of the hotel, began running away.

He returned soon after and was found by Seattle police officers passed out in a third-floor hallway. Off. DePina noted that there was "a strong odor of intoxicants emanating from him and he was very unsteady on his feet."

After being woken by the officers and escorted out of the hotel, Wahler allegedly launched into an expletive-laden tirade, referring to the officer, per the police report, "as 'a n---er,' 'a faggot' and 'a poor f--k.' "

"Wahler stated he was rich and would have my ass," the report reads. "Wahler said to me, 'Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!' "

Wahler, who proceeded to make a few more "vague threats to assault officers," was booked into King County Jail and released on bail Sunday afternoon.

In the meantime, Wahler can enjoy what's left of his days as a free man. He pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to serve 60 days in Los Angeles County Jail last month stemming from his September arrest for punching a tow-truck driver and a Department of Transportation officer. During that altercation, he also spewed "numerous" racial slurs and was ordered to attend a one-day session at Los Angeles' Museum of Tolerance.

He has until May 4 to turn himself in.

But his legal docket is filled up until then.

He's also due to appear in North Carolina's Pitt County District Court Apr. 18 to answer charges of underage drinking and resisting a public officer, stemming from a nightclub bust in the state.

If that wasn't bad enough, he's also on the defensive against tabloid claims of a purported sex tape. Last week, reports circulated alleging he had made a sex tape with former girlfriend and TV costar Lauren Conrad, something that Conrad was quick to deny.

And you thought The Hills had drama.
